Currently, we ship only to Japan, the United States, India, Australia, Singapore, Taiwan, and South Korea.. We are working to expand our services to Asia and Europe soon. If you are located outside our current shipping zones, please contact us via our [Inquiry Form] to discuss potential options.
Customs, Duties, and Taxes
International orders may be subject to import taxes, customs duties, and fees levied by your country.

Responsibility: All customs duties and related fees are the sole responsibility of the recipient (customer). These fees are not included in the shipping costs at the time of purchase.

Payment: If such fees occur, you will be contacted and billed directly by the courier. Please follow their instructions to complete the payment.

Important Notes: We do not provide refunds, discounts, or payment assistance regarding customs fees. We are not liable for packages seized or disposed of by customs authorities.
Shipping Times and Estimates
Most of our shipping is handled via standard delivery.

Delivery Timeline: For U.S. orders, the average delivery time is 5–7 business days. Please note that delays may occur due to air freight congestion, customs clearance, or other unforeseen circumstances beyond our control.

Pre-orders: The aforementioned estimates do not apply to items placed on pre-order. Please refer to the specific product page for delivery schedules.

Holidays: Shipments are not processed on weekends or during Japanese public holidays (including New Year and Summer holidays). Any extended holiday closures will be announced on our official website and Instagram.
Important Shipping Information
To ensure smooth delivery, please observe the following guidelines:

Accuracy of Information: Please ensure your name, address, and phone number are correct. We are not responsible for any delays or unsuccessful deliveries resulting from inaccurate information. Any fees incurred for address corrections after dispatch will be charged to the customer.

Unsuccessful Delivery & Returns: If the first delivery attempt is unsuccessful, the courier will typically hold the package for about one week. After this period, return procedures will be initiated, and additional re-delivery fees may be incurred.

Returns & Orders: We cannot accept cancellations for packages returned due to an "unknown recipient" or "refusal of delivery." These packages will be held at our facility in Japan for 30 days. If they remain unclaimed within this period, the order will be forfeited, and we will be unable to offer any further assistance or re-shipment.

Customs Contact: During the customs clearance process, the carrier may contact you via email or phone number provided. If they cannot reach you, delivery may be significantly delayed or canceled. Please ensure your contact details are accurate.

Personal Use Only: Imported items are intended for personal use only. Using a non-residential address (such as a forwarding service) may lead to delays in customs clearance.
