■ Cancellations

After Shipment: Once an order has been shipped, we cannot accept any cancellations or changes to the order.

Customs/Duties: We do not accept cancellations due to the recipient's inability or refusal to pay import taxes and duties.

Pre-order Items: Pre-orders are generally non-cancelable.
■ Return and Refund Conditions
You may request a return within 14 days after receiving your item.

Item Condition: To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, original, unused condition, and in its original packaging. Proof of purchase (receipt or order confirmation email) is required.
*For any returns requested under special circumstances for personal reasons, the customer is responsible for all return shipping costs and processing fees. Only the product price will be refunded; the original shipping fee is non-refundable.
