Pricing Guide
These are reference prices for breaks, cracks, and chips. Please note that actual pricing varies depending on the size of the piece and the extent of damage. For a detailed quote, please submit an estimate request through our repair form.

BREAK
From $200
The piece is completely broken and separated into multiple fragments. Repair costs vary depending on the number and size of fragments.

CRACK
From $150
The piece has a fracture line but has not completely broken apart. Repair costs vary depending on the length of the fracture.

CHIP
From $150
A portion of the piece is chipped off. Repair costs vary depending on the area and number of chipped sections.
Estimated Turnaround Time
We currently require approximately 6 months for repair work. The timeline may vary depending on when you place your order, so please check the estimate for a more specific timeframe.
Food Safety
We repair using traditional kintsugi techniques with urushi. Unlike simplified kintsugi that uses chemical adhesives, our repairs are safe for food use after completion.

- Hand wash with a soft sponge
- Avoid using abrasives or scrubbing pads
- Do not leave soaking in water for extended periods
- Do not use in the microwave
- Do not use in the dishwasher

FAQ
Can I request repairs from overseas?
Yes, you can. Please note that you will be responsible for round-trip shipping costs. Shipping from overseas to Japan can be quite expensive.
When shipping, please pack your items securely with cushioning materials. Insufficient packaging may cause further damage during transit. If new damage occurs during shipping, additional charges beyond the original estimate may apply.
How should I ship my items?
We will provide the shipping address when we send your estimate. Please note that you will be responsible for round-trip shipping costs.
When shipping, carefully wrap each fragment individually with cushioning materials. Inadequate packaging may result in further damage during transit.
Can urushi cause a rash?
The possibility of fully cured urushi causing a rash is extremely low.
However, we cannot assume any responsibility for symptoms related to urushi. If you have a severe urushi allergy, please use our service at your own discretion.
Can you repair glass items?
We currently do not accept kintsugi repair requests for glass items.
